Bolted Steel Edible Oil Storage Tank

Bolted storage tank is made of glass and steel plate welding, special sealing materials, self-locking screws and other materials. The thickness of the lacquered steel plate can reach 20mm, the most commonly used steel plate thickness is 3~ 13mm, the surface of the steel plate has oil, rust, oxide, after shot blasting, sand blasting and other pretreatment process, the surface of the steel plate will be clean. After secondary enamelling at 900℃ in the electric furnace, a 0.3mm enamel coating is applied on both sides of the steel plate. Enamel coating has strong bonding force with steel plate. The enamel coating can not only prevent the corrosion of the tank, but also has strong acid and alkali resistance and strong wear resistance.
