Why of Double Membrane Gas Holder
Principle
The bottom membrane and outer membrane together form a closed gas storage space. The inner membrane divides the double membrane gas holder into gas storage space and pressure regulating space.
When the stored gas increases, the inner membrane rises, and the pressure regulator releases the regulating air to free up a certain capacity, so that the gas can enter the double membrane biogas holder smoothly. If the inner membrane rises to the limitation and pressure occurs, the safety water seal will release the gas in the inner membrane to achieve the purpose of protecting the inner membrane by avoiding pressure on it.
When the gas stored in the inner membrane decreases, the inner membrane falls down, and the air flow system starts working and injects air to balance the pressure in the gas holder. At the same time, the rigidity of the outer membrane is stabilized, so that the stored gas can flow out of the double membrane gas holder smoothly.

Scope of Application of MONDES Double Membrane Gas Holder System:
Various neutral gas storage such as biogas, air, carbon dioxide, oxygen, natural gas, coal-bed gas etc.
MONDES Double Membrane Gas Holder System Structure:
The double membrane gas holder is mainly composed of a bottom membrane (except for an tank-mounted gas holder), an inner membrane, an outer membrane, 1 set of air flow system, a pressure regulator, a safety water seal and some monitoring equipment (Laser level meter, pressure sensor, gas detector etc.).
Bottom membrane: mainly used for foundation sealing to achieve anti-corrosion and anti-penetration that traditional infrastructure cannot achieve.
Outer membrane: forming a pressure regulator to make the stored gas output at constant pressure and protect the inner membrane. The outer membrane is connected with the edge of the inner membrane and the bottom membrane or the top of digester.
Inner membrane: isolation of the stored gas and the air in the outer membrane.
Control cabinet: detects the pressure and inner volume of the gas holder, and automatically control the start and stop of the air flow system.
Pressure regulator: adjust the pressure of outer membrane, and to keep the outer membrane at constant pressure.
Safety water seal: to release the superfluous gas and prevent overpressure of inner membrane
