Increase The Pressure Stability Of Gas Equipment

Gas storage tank refers to a device that is specially used to store gas. At the same time, it plays a role in stabilizing the pressure of the system. According to different pressures of the gas storage tank, it can be divided into high-pressure gas tank, low-pressure gas tank, and atmospheric gas tank. According to different gas tank materials, they can be divided into: carbon steel gas tanks, low alloy steel gas tanks, and stainless steel gas tanks. Gas storage tanks (pressure vessels) generally consist of parts and components such as cylinders, heads, flanges, pipes, sealing elements, and bearings. In addition, safety devices, meters, and internals that perform different production processes are also provided.

The air compressor is one of the important large-scale fixed power equipments in coal mines. It is widely used underground and on the ground. It is mainly used for pneumatic picks, pneumatic drills, and rock drills in the mining face. The gas tank is an auxiliary equipment for the air compressor. It is installed outdoors. The air enters the compressor and is sent to the gas tank after being pressurized. The gas tank is then supplied by the gas tank pipeline to various gas sites. The gas tank is in the air compression system. The main role is to ensure that the gas supply is stable. Compressed air deposits water in the gas tank, adjusts the pneumatic pressure caused by the unbalanced gas consumption of the pneumatic equipment, increases the pressure stability of the gas equipment, or reserves a part of the compressed air, so that the user can use the compressor when the air compressor fails. This part of compressed air is used for emergency treatment of pneumatic equipment or pneumatic control systems.
